Circle Business Funding operates an SMS text messaging program for the purpose of communicating with applicants and clients regarding the status of financing applications, account servicing, renewal opportunities, and related business communications.
By providing your mobile phone number on an application, partner form, or other Circle web property, or by texting a Circle short code or long code, you expressly consent to receive recurring autodialed and prerecorded SMS and MMS messages from Circle and its agents at the number you provided. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or financing application.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Frequency may include but is not limited to application-status updates, account alerts, renewal notifications, and (if you opted in) marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier. Circle does not charge for SMS messages sent or received through this program.
You can opt out of any Circle SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no additional messages from that program. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier capabilities and conditions.
We treat all information you provide via SMS in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers obtained through this program.
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
